We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch customer service. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • To take food and beverage orders and serve guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food and beverage areas.
  • To work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent service to our guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • A current Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
  • The ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.
