We are currently seeking a detail-focused and proactive **Internal Auditor** to join our team in **Sydney NSW,**on a full-time basis. This role will be responsible for monitoring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring quality service delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and report areas of non-compliance or risk and propose practical solutions.
- Collaborate with management and service delivery teams to support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain thorough documentation.
- Monitor the completion of audit recommendations and support ongoing improvements.
- Assist with preparation for external NDIS audits and Quality & Safeguards Commission reviews.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes, audit frameworks, and best practice standards in disability services.
**Requirements**:
- Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail, investigative skills, and analytical thinking.
- Clear and confident communication, including strong report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, uphold confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
**Desirable Skills**:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Working with Children Check.
- Familiarity with audit tools, risk registers, and client management systems.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
