We are looking for a **casual Member Services & Sales Consultant** to be the **face of our gym**, creating a welcoming environment for members while driving **membership sales and engagement**. If you’re passionate about health and fitness, love talking to people, and enjoy making a difference in people’s lives—this is the perfect opportunity for you

**What You’ll Do**
- **Be the first point of contact** at reception, greeting members and handling enquiries.
- **Sell memberships** and introduce potential members to our facilities.
- **Engage with the community**—drive local marketing initiatives and connect with local businesses.
- **Assist with administrative tasks** such as bookings, payments, and member support.
- **Ensure the gym environment is welcoming, clean, and organised.**:

- **Build strong relationships** with members and contribute to our thriving fitness community.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A **people person** who loves building relationships and making others feel welcome.
- Passionate about **health, fitness, and an active lifestyle**.
- Confident, energetic, and **comfortable talking to new people** (face-to-face and on the phone).
- **Motivated to achieve goals**, with a strong drive for sales and performance.
- Prior experience in **customer service, reception, or sales** is beneficial but not essential—we’ll provide training

**What You’ll Need**
- A valid **First Aid and CPR certificate** (or willingness to obtain one).
- A valid **Working with Vulnerable People’s card** (or willingness to obtain one).
