Virgin Active Bondi Junction is your be-all workout retreat, right in the heart of the East. **Your Gig**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.
- In a nutshell: _
- You'll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun) and following up leads and referrals
- You'll understand peoples' goals, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them
- You'll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals
- You'll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively
- You'll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up to ensure they have a smooth first visit
- You'll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets
**All about you**:
- You're passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and cool under pressure with relevant customer service, retail or hospitality experience
- You're comfortable on the phones and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets
- You're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey
- You're a team player. You love voicing ideas with your team mates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand. A+ for you
- You're able to work full time (38) hours on a rotating roster
