**Your new role**

**The key focus of the role is to be a point of contact for any existing or potential customers and answer any queries and questions about the products and services on offer.**
- **Making outbound calls daily to existing or potential customer and educating them on products and services that are available**:

- **Identifying and fulfilling customer needs, building relationship to achieve satisfaction**:

- **Following up on warm leads**:

- **Upselling and cross selling products to existing customers**:

**What you'll need to succeed**

***:

- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
- Call centre/Sales experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service background and confidence to make outbound calls on a daily basis
- Training will be provided on different skills and educate you on all the different products that are available.
- Able to commute to the office in Manly everyday
