**In this role, you'll**:
You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels adhering to processes, providing prompt and proactive customer service, processing transactions, and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.

**This is a temporary position until 9th May 2025 in our Wagga office.**

**About you**

You have worked for an established organisation providing customer service either face to face or over the phone. You’re process driven and able to ask the right questions to find a solution efficiently. You’re comfortable working against high volumes, flexible to work against a roster and technology savvy enough to learn multiple systems simultaneously.
