They are seeking an enthusiastic **Sales Enablement Partner Manager** to join a global shared services team, to impact performance of their partner vendor Sales Representatives **What you'll be doing**: - Ongoing development of structures and frameworks to ensure quality assurance of partner sales consultants, supporting end users. - Delivering "Calibration Sessions" with Team Leaders & Quality Assessors on facilitation of training & monitoring of their sales teams KPIs (quality, quantity, focus) - Delivering business reviews to the senior leadership team (monthly) with recommendations and actions - Your impact and success measures will be across; - QA & Reporting - Performance Improvement - Learner Experience Partner Sales teams are based in Portugal, Philippines & Malaysia and requires your flexibility of working hours to accommodate time zones.
