**About the role**

In this newly created role, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient delivery of financial advice services and strategic initiatives within Advice, Guidance & Education. This position requires a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the delivery of operational services like scheduling and administration to ensure effective advice delivery.
- Identifying process improvements and business enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
- Supporting workforce management plans across Advice, Guidance & Education to optimise resourcing and performance.
- Assisting with performance reporting, highlighting trends and opportunities for broader business consumption or executive and board level.

This role is available as a **permanent opportunity** and has the flexibility to be based in **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne.**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting or another related field.
- Ability to analyse problems and provide appropriate solutions that effectively address and balance both member and business needs.
- Understands business problems/processes, data collection and implications of data.
- Analytical ability to interpret and communicate data analysis to stakeholders.
- Ability to distil complex issues into succinct and easily understood language that convey messages successfully at all levels of the organisation.
