**Client Service Specialist**.

**Prime reponsibilities**:

- In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.
- Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive standardisation of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently use the required IT Applications to maintain compliance, accuracy and workload, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions.
- Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
- Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers as required by A/C Executive/Senior A/C Executive.
- Ensure that accurate up to date records on all clients are maintained at all times.
- Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients.
- Possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act, Insurance Contracts Act, Fire Services Levy, Stamp Duties, Worker's Compensation and other relevant legislation.
- Acquire and maintain an awareness of the client's business and insurance needs, noting all briefing information provided by senior servicing and broking managers.
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
- Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
- Comply fully with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.

- Organisation - Considers future client needs and plans accordingly to make available sufficient resources. Consistently operates with a highly self-organised style to produce accurate work on time; organises group tasks and resources on behalf of the team; efficiently implements instructions delegated by manager/supervisor; produces work with the confidence of manager/supervisor.
- Communication - Conveys written and verbal messages effectively to various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate. Displays sound listening and comprehensive skills.
- Innovation - Develops new and alternative approaches to existing practices, creates new or improved processes, solutions, products and services. Maintains an openness to experiment with alternative approaches.

**What you need to have**:

- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar broking/operational role is preferable but not mandatory.
- Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License is preferable but not mandatory.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
