About the Role:
Glow Support Services is on the lookout for fun, reliable, and compassionate support workers to join our growing team We provide individualised, strengths-based support for children, teens, and young adults with a range of needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disability (ID), epilepsy, BOC (Behaviours of Concern), and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profiles.

You’ll be supporting participants in their homes and communities—helping with daily living skills, emotional regulation, community access, and building independence in creative and meaningful ways.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting participants with daily routines, emotional regulation, and social connection
- Assisting with personal care, medication reminders, or seizure monitoring (as needed)
- Creating a safe, fun, and engaging space that promotes confidence and independence
- Implementing support strategies tailored to neurodivergent individuals
- Working alongside families, therapists, and coordinators to meet goals
- Contributing to a positive, team-based culture where we support one another

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:

- Experience (or a strong interest) in working with neurodivergent children and youth
- A calm, flexible, and supportive approach
- Confidence managing epilepsy or a willingness to learn about seizure response
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping others

Essential Requirements:

- Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per current regulations)

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience with epilepsy care or BOC/PDA support strategies
- Qualifications in disability, mental health, community services, or related fields

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
