With over five years of experience across NDIS, Medicare, and private therapy, we’ve built a small, bespoke team of Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and an independent Occupational Therapist. We work together to support our clients in meaningful ways, with a focus on quality over quantity.

We keep things collaborative, practical, and flexible, ensuring our team is supported with lower-than-average billable targets and a work-life balance that actually works.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Support clients the right way**: Conduct functional assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) standards.
- **Work as a team**: Collaborate with clients, their families, and support networks to create effective, ethical strategies.
- **Keep learning & growing**: Review and adjust Behaviour Support Plans as clients’ needs evolve, supported by a team of Psychologists, BSPs, and OTs.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (at least 1 year experience)
- Degree/Diploma in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, education, counselling, or related field
- Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and restrictive practices
- Working with Vulnerable People Card + NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Driver's License
- Full working rights in Australia
- Flexible work arrangements available, including part-time options
