Pizza Maker

Sweet Salt (Australia) Pty Ltd trading as Cornerstone Pizzeria Restaurant is looking for a Pizza maker.

Are you a quick and easy learner?

**Experience is not required, but cooking/pizza making experience is preferred.**

**30 hours a week.**

**Duties**:

- Preparing and cooking food
- Working with dough
- Monitoring food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Assisting in training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and OH&S regulations and procedures
- Assisting in planning menus and specials
- Freezing and preserving food
- Assisting in planning menus for special functions
- Assisting in monitoring stocks of food and kitchen supplies
- Assisting in checking food deliveries for quality, correct temperature and quantities
- Ensuring quality of dishes cooked
- Ensuring safe food storage and preservation in accordance with Food Safety Plan

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
