We are currently recruiting 2 x casual Administrators for 4 - 6 weeks to start ASAP The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support, data checking and capturing of employee information.

Note: Current job location is Norwest. We are relocating to Macquarie Park in February 2025. Both locations are walking distance to the Metro

Main duties of the role:
- Assist with data checks and capturing of information in preparation for an annual audit in 2025.- Ensure that all administration processes are managed effectively through appropriate implementation.- Ensure that general administrative tasks required of the position are completed on time, and to a high standard in compliance with organisation policies and procedures, by maintaining and improving admin procedures, processing documentation, completing, and distributing correspondence, recording information, organising meetings and completing clerical activities.

Skills, competencies and experience needed:
- Administration and or Customer Service experience- Good communication skills- Accuracy and attention to detail- A team player working part of a collaborative team- Willingness to undertake Anglicare’s probity and reference checks to be considered.
