**Casual Administrative Staff for Tutoring Centre**

Are you a motivated university student or someone with a passion for education and organisation? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable **Casual Administrative Staff Member** to join our team at Pre-Uni New College Baulkham Hills.

**About the Role**

This is a **casual position** with **fixed hours per week**, offering $25-$30 per hour, and approximately 5-20 hours of work (depending on experience). You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tutoring centre, with a mix of administrative tasks and customer service opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking the roll and managing student attendance.
- Marking books and assisting with basic academic tasks.
- Light cleaning duties, including vacuuming and changing the bins.
- Reception duties, such as greeting students and parents.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and is eager to contribute to the success of young learners.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- lives locally
- Is currently studying at university (preferred but not essential).
- Has a strong academic background (e.g., selective school or high academic achievement is a plus).
- Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Enjoys working with children and contributing to their educational journey.
- Is willing to take initiative and go above and beyond when needed.

No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
