**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for analysing, assessing and collating data pertaining to Discovery Parks Permanent/Annual residence sector. In turn developing process and policies to ensure compliance and consistency.

Responsibilities of role include:

- Provide appropriate tenancy and property management advice in line with the various state Residential Tenancies Acts
- Develop a formal tenancy inspection policy to assess condition and maintenance required to ensure tenant’s ability to sustain a successful tenancy

**Your Experience**

To be successful you will:

- Possess sound working knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
- Demonstrated experience in tenancy and property management
- Strong compliance mindset and process driven
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
