We are looking for a passionate People Administrator looking for a true generalist HR administration support role in a fast-paced Support Office based in North Ryde. This role will suit a self-starter with energy, passion and enthusiasm that would love to be part of a tight knit, successful people, and capability function.

This role would suit a recent Human Resources Graduate looking for a career opportunity or an experienced Administrator with HR qualifications looking for that right opportunity Or an experienced administrator looking for stability and longevity in a great team.

Your primary role will be to support the General Manager, People, in ensuring all aspects of documentation, administration, reporting and process is accurate on time and in line with relevant legislation.

Fundamental to this role, is the need for you to possess strong administration skills as this role includes all aspects of HR administration including, contract generation, maintaining organisational charts, reporting and maintaining employee records.

This role will be part of an established People and Capability function that is tight knit and highly respected for their service culture.

Be from a fast paced, high volume, Support Office environment with a minimum of 1 year experience in a HR or administrator role, or be a recent HR graduate looking for an opportunity
You will be detail orientated, ready to be able to deliver to tight deadlines, at a fast pace, whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy
Be extremely hands on and very administrative driven ( there is an extremely high-volume data entry and administration)
Have an intermediate, demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Exceptional relationship and decision-making skills are a must.

This role will primarily support both the support office and retail function of this business.

To succeed in this role, you will possess enthusiasm and a high level of passion to be in a business where you have the opportunity to grow.
