**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated **Level 2 Therapy Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of allied health professionals to support participants in achieving their therapy goals. Your contribution will play a vital part in ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care that improves their well-being and independence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in delivering therapy interventions as prescribed by the supervising therapist.
- Work with participants in one-on-one settings to support the achievement of therapy goals.
- Monitor and document participants' progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
- Prepare therapy materials, equipment, and resources for sessions.
- Encourage and motivate participants to actively engage in therapy activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures to maintain a safe therapy environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance therapy programs.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with participants, families, carers, and the therapy team.

**About You**:

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or a related qualification (or working towards completion).
- Experience working with people with disabilities (NDIS experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow therapy plans and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable, proactive, and compassionate in approach.
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (if applicable to role requirements).

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $49.17 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
