The Level 2 Therapy Assistant provides support to allied health professionals in delivering therapy services to participants. The role involves assisting with therapy sessions, implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, and ensuring clients receive high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in delivering therapy interventions as prescribed by the supervising therapist.
- Work with participants in individual setting to support therapy goals.
- Monitor and document participants progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
- Prepare therapy materials, equipment, and resources.
- Encourage and motivate participants to engage in therapy activities.
- Maintain participant records and ensure confidentiality.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve therapy programs.
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the therapy team.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.08 - $43.00 per hour
