**Head of SEO & Content**. From content strategy, to technical audits, to implementing schema, to managing link acquisitions, you'll contribute crucial wins that move the needle across the globe. **What are you expected to handle?**
- Exponentially scaling our SEO rankings, SEO sourced marketing qualified leads, and SEO sourced deals won.
- Managing and leading our content strategy - including in-depth thought leadership content.
- Optimising the user journey to conversion - ensuring site experience, UI, UX, CRO & beyond is optimised to boost rankings and conversions.
- Own the creation and prioritisation of the local and international SEO strategy, content strategy, as well as seeking alignment with internal stakeholders
- Manage and guide a team of outreach vendors across our key priority markets
- Understanding and working tightly with the other members of the sales & marketing team to ensure all channels are working hand in hand to maximise revenue.
- Owning all aspects of our technical SEO strategy, from schema to backlink analysis to technical audits. You’ll be hands on with our CMS with a problem-solving approach.
- Scale and improve existing processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

**Your core talents?**
- A strong communicator with experience managing enterprise SEO campaigns. You’re comfortable operating in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
- A deep understanding of search across all international markets and B2B industries driven by SEO
- A "holistic" marketer, who happens to be a expert in SEO & Content - empowering you to empathise and work in unison with other members of the marketing team.
- Experience with producing in-depth content strategy, content production, as well as large scale link building required.
- You have deep knowledge in all aspects of SEO from content optimisation strategies to schema, migrations and technical audits
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog and Hubspot
- You’re based in Sydney, interested in moving to Sydney (relocation support offered).
