About the role
- Use your previous customer service experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with customers and visitors in a bright, friendly and prompt manner
- Provide your fashion expertise to help patients choose frames that not only meets their needs/desires, but also look great
- Willing to keep up to date with product knowledge and fashion (frames, sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories)
- No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience
- Join us in guiding our customers through the exciting process of styling and personalising high-fashion frames, working with luxury brands such as Giorgio Armani, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Tiffany & Co, and more

Your responsibilities
- Support, coach, and motivate your team to meet and exceed store targets.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
- Manage retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance.
- Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
- Create an engaging and positive working environment.
- Lead and inspire your team to succeed in store.
About you
- You're a sales leader with a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure.
- Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
- A minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience is required for this position
- Australian citizenship is required for this role
