**Your Impact**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Buyer to join our thriving team based in Australia or New Zealand. As a key member of our ANZ Supply Management Team, you'll play a pivotal role in procuring subcontracting and sub-consultancy services, materials, and equipment that drive our projects forward.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you'll use people management skills to forge strong relationships with suppliers, project team members, and department personnel. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination and input of required documentation into our procurement software, revolutionising our procurement processes.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Coordinating the procurement of goods and subcontracted services, administering Purchase Orders (POs), Procurement Agreements, and change orders, to accomplish project or group objectives and obligations.
- Reviewing PO and subcontract-related invoices, guaranteeing approval in alignment with the agreed terms and conditions within the purchase order or subcontract.
- Maintaining purchasing/subcontracting documentation in a repository
- Helping stakeholders in understanding the overall Procurement process
- Collaborate seamlessly with project and departmental personnel, ensuring flawless execution of purchasing activities that surpass expectations.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the dynamic world of Procurement and Supply Chain, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience working within a procurement system such as Oracle and SAP Ariba or similar
- Ability to perform assignments in accordance with established policies and procedures, such as supplier qualification, requisitions and purchase order creation
- Leadership skills, allowing you to effectively supervise and mentor less senior buyers and procurement support personnel
