**About the Role**:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee and ensure the smooth running and profitability of the concession store in Warringah Mall, in line with the company's standards, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for leading a team, providing training and leadership whilst acting as a brand ambassador for the business. You will inspire your team to provide customers with the highest level of customer service, as well as meet the sales targets and be knowledgeable of the products.

**About You**:

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge & drive the achievement of sales targets for yourself & the team
- Act as a brand ambassador to deliver the utmost level of customer service
- Proven experience leading, and driving a team to success within a retail environment
- Thrive in a team environment where you can train and lead your team in line with the business' standards
