About the Role
We are looking for a high energy, retail superstar to manage our number one David Jones store - Sydney City on a Part Time basis, Approximately 20-30 hours per week.
- Work within a leading Department store - David Jones - Elizabeth Street Sydney City.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members at all times to enrich our in-store shopping experience.
- Provide staff training and guidance to motivate team performance towards achieving sales budgets and goals.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
- Uphold strong visual merchandising standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills & Experience
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's and budgets.
- Hands on leadership approach, with a sound background in people management and ability to motivate and mentor a team to success.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both team members and customers.
- Proficiency in managing stock levels and positioning floor stock to maximise sales.
- Experience in preparing store rosters and administrative tasks.
- Experience in the lingerie industry is valued but not essential as full training will be provided.
