**Wage: $35-$40 per hour + Vehicle (including fuel card)**:

**Your Role**:

- Lead and mentor a team of talented landscapers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
- Communicate directly with clients and subcontractors.
- Oversee and participate in hardscaping, softscaping, and site preparation.
- Problem-solve and plan ahead for material and resource needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
