**We're Hiring an Experienced Landscaper**
**Wage: $32-$38 per hour**

- **Communication**: Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues to ensure tasks are aligned with the overall project plan.
- **Safety**: Follow safety guidelines, wear protective gear, use equipment responsibly, and report any hazards to the supervisor.

**Your Role**:

- Carry out landscape construction tasks such as planting, paving, and building structures and maintaining a clean site.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the quality and safety of on-site work.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting our high standards of quality.
- Communicating with clients and sub-contractors to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage bobcat, excavator work, demolition, and site preparation activities to ensure efficient and precise execution of projects.
- Review job sheets and designs, ensuring adherence to specifications and client preferences.
- Maintain open communication and follow up with the designer, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project.
- Participate in all hardscaping and softscaping projects.
- Lead soil improvement initiatives to optimise plant growth and sustainability.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certification in Landscape Construction.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping.
- Ability to follow plans and execute tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Tidy and well-presented individual
