**What you’ll do
- Provide short and long-term workforce & labour planning for the Sydney Regional Distribution Centre (DC) team
- Calculate weekly labour planning requirements based on volume forecasts and current work standards within EA guidelines and budgets
- Implement strategic initiatives to support ongoing operational efficiencies
- Identify resources gaps & potential improvements and solutions
- Prepare data for weekly planning meetings with site stakeholders and site labour agencies
- Management and maintenance of the labour management system Contribute to the National Workforce Planning strategy and framework by ensuring consistent practices are implemented and followed

**What you’ll bring
- Experience operating labour management systems and warehouse management systems is desirable
- High level computer literacy proficiency (eg MS and/or Google Suite)
- A high level of organisational skills with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use initiative and work under pressure A high level of prioritisation, organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
