**The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Operational Support Administrator to join our Programmed Energy & Resources team, based in Port Hedland.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role’s primary focus is to provide efficient and professional business support to the branch network through delivery of general administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to branch network and management
- Data entry and compliance duties with effective database management
- Assisting with the booking of medicals and PPE
- Creating purchase orders, invoices & quotes
- Conducting and recording reference checks
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
