**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic & capable Assistant Bar Manager to work across a diverse line up of venues located at Crown's Level 1 floor including **Sports Bar, Ecostate & Lumia Bar & Terrace** Each bar features unique beverage offerings, entertainment options & award-winning service to suit every guest.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, this role needs a hospitality professional who will be accountable for the efficient operation of these high-volume venues whilst providing hands-on leadership & support to the large front of house team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyfully elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of each bar within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard
- Provide exceptional leadership and role-model effective team behaviours to support a large team through training, coaching and development
- Provide and ensure exceptional customer service delivery to achieve unforgettable experiences & manage guest expectations
- Accountable towards cost control and how it relates expenses, beverage costs and P&Ls

**About you**
- Possess vast leadership background in similar high-volume bars with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A vibrant and hands-on people’s leader with the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
- Genuine passion for the industry demonstrated with sound product knowledge
- Is adaptable in high pressure situations and open to change if the business requires
- Strong product knowledge, business acumen and organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels
