As an **Event Logistics Captain**, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless events and creating world-class experiences. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to the Events team.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will supervise a team of logistic professionals in event setups, as well as overseeing the smooth execution of various functions.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Coordinating event logistics, inclusive of staff, equipment allocation, and venue preparation
- Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in events, logistics and/or hospitality
- A current Forklift Licence, Traffic Control and Pallet Jack experience (advantageous but not required)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
