When it comes to putting on a show for our customers, you don't get much better than the team at The Star Gold Coast Our busy Events Department accommodates a range of conventions, exhibitions, functions, Galas, weddings, and special events.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, guide and assist team members with on-the-job training and development
- Proactively oversee and manage the Event Floor service flow and maintain performance standards
- Provide viable suggestions to the Manager to help boost the outlet's productivity
- Follow instructions given by the Assistant Floor Manager daily for smooth business operations
- Continuously monitor the work of team members during shifts

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure working environment
- Proven ability to build productive relationships and to manage and instigate change
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to suit business needs
