As a Workshop Manager, you will be essential in overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, and fostering a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Operational Oversight**: Manage day-to-day operations, including job scheduling, deployment, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient workshop performance.
- **Team Coordination**: Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork among staff members.
- **Technical Expertise**: Utilize your knowledge of car mechanics and maintenance to guide and support the team in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring all work is performed to industry standards.
- **Parts Management**: Oversee the ordering and inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and efficient stock management to avoid delays in service.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of repairs and maintenance work, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any team or customer issues promptly, maintaining a positive and productive workplace atmosphere.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service delivery, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining clear and professional communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a workshop or automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of car mechanics, maintenance procedures, and parts management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Pay: $71,336.18 - $103,047.22 per year
