In our 19 years of operation, we’ve boasted a number of achievements including being chosen to be the exclusive supplier of equipment for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games As our brand grows, so does the team - we are now looking to bring on our next Junior Sales Representative to be part of this next phase of growth, including into the activewear market.

**About You**
- You might currently be working as a personal trainer, maybe you've already had some exposure to sales. What you've realised you're looking for is a balance between promoting health and wellbeing, and enjoying a healthy work/life balance.
- You want to be passionate about the products you're working with, motivating you to grow and develop both the business, and yourself.
- From your previous roles dealing with clients or customers, what you’ve enjoyed the most is talking to people. You get the most energy out of the conversations you have that lead to meaningful, lasting relationships. Finding a common ground with people has always come easy to you, and now you’re looking to use that skill to build a career with a company that rewards hard work, initiative, and passion.
- You understand the importance of fitness and you may not have realised you can leverage this into a stable career.

**About the Role**

Led and supported by the Sales Manager, you will drive Sting’s growth across NSW through:

- Regularly speaking with, and visiting our existing clients such as larger sports retailers, smaller specialty stores, and fight factories. Ensuring they have enough marketing material, stock, and training for new staff by walking through the stores and speaking with managers and staff members.
- Increasing sales from our existing clients by speaking to store managers about the performance of different products. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and achieve growth for all stakeholders.
- Winning new business by visiting new gyms and retailers and speaking with store managers about our products and their selling points.
- Setting up stalls and events in gyms which includes organising a DJ, activities, and food, as well as talking to people about our brand and showcasing products.

To be successful for this exciting opportunity you must have the following:

- Customer service experience
- A passion for fitness
- Current drivers’ licence
