CSPD is seeking an experienced School of Now Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality virtual learning for students, enabling teachers and school leaders across our system.

The variety of this role includes:

- Overseeing and coordinating School of Now operations, including enrolments, curriculum, and face-to-face schedules.
- Collaborating with system and school leadership to ensure resources meet program needs.
- Ensuring program quality, compliance, and alignment with CSPD policies and the Catholic ethos.
- Coordinating professional learning for teachers and school leaders to build capacity.
- Monitoring and supervising teachers within the program.
- Leading and supporting continuous improvement and change initiatives.
- Contributing to risk management, compliance, and policy development.
- Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service.

- Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study.
- Bring proven management and leadership experience, ideally in an education or related environment.
- Have strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.
- Show strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and educational trends.
- Model Gospel values and promote CSPD’s mission and Catholic ethos.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
