Our Infrastructure Planning & Delivery Team is seeking an experienced **Schools Development Manager**. You will play a pivotal part of the business involved in school infrastructure projects across all phases of delivery. We are a dynamic and passionate team, committed to providing a forward-thinking and safe environment for our staff and students.

**About the Opportunity**
- Managing and delivering projects across all phases of delivery from concept to handover through the provision of expertise and advice
- Manage the design, development and implementation of school infrastructure projects, identifying and managing risks and dependencies affecting project outcomes and providing financial, reporting, quality assurance and procurement services
- Managing a range of stakeholders interest’s to ensure project objectives are met, managing escalations, minimising conflict and providing advice where necessary
- Identifying and following governance processes and risk management practices to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Policy and financial controls
- Managing internal and external resources and cross-functional services relevant to the development of schools projects
