**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring boutique operations are running smoothly at all times.
- Leads the Clientele and CRM programs to drive the individuals and overall boutique sales
- Ensures the sales target of the Boutique are meet
- Stock management; transfers, inventory and stock reporting to ensure the right product is allocated
- Follows and ensure everyone follows all Security protocols as well as WHS and OH&S
- Assisting with staff performance review and development as well as ensuring staff retention
- Lead the team to optimise performance
- Effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years management experience. Specialty Premium/Luxury preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proven ability to create team culture, assisting train/develop/retain great people.
- Excellent Clienteling and CRM skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Sales driven and passion for Luxury
- Excellent communication skills
