The premium-branded Mövenpick Hotel and 'Tesoro' Modern Italian Restaurant offer an exciting Food & Beverage concept across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as hotel in-room dining and conference & events.

- Assist with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurant
- Ensure professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interaction
- Clear and reset tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy
- An unbridled passion for food and love sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine are preferred
- The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences, and providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages.
- Anticipate guest needs and create unforgettable dining experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs
- Collaborate with team members to respond to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
- Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant

**Qualifications**
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- Great communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guests
- A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
- A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
- A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
