**The Opportunity**
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our Sales team in Perth on a parental leave contract. This is a key support role that ensures smooth operations, seamless campaign execution, and an exceptional client experience — helping our sales team to shine.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As our new Client Services Manager, you’ll:

- Be the operational engine behind the sales team — from bookings and contracts to post-campaign reporting
- Support client renewals and help drive revenue growth
- Manage incoming leads and assist the team in converting them
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and reporting accurate and up to date
- Liaise with finance and clients on campaign payments and reconciliation
- Oversee production deadlines and ad material delivery
- Be the go-to for office operations and team event planning

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong admin, coordination or operations experience
- Excellent communication skills and a love of detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience using CRMs — bonus if you’ve used HubSpot or Photoshop
- A passion for media, advertising, or movies is a big plus
