**About the role**
As the Client Services Manager, you will lead our client services - holistic advice department, overseeing both on-site and remote teams. You will be pivotal in optimising client workflows, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships between our client service staff and advisers.
Your role and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Team Leadership & Development: Train and mentor both on-site and remote client services professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Client Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to optimise client satisfaction, gather feedback, and tailor services to client needs.
- Workflow & Process Optimisation: Develop and streamline client workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding and proactive issue resolution.
- Work in Progress Management: Implement tracking systems, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Stakeholder & Adviser Collaboration: Strengthen communication between client service staff and advisers, organizing regular meetings to enhance teamwork.
- Operations & IT Integration: Work closely with IT and Operations teams to implement compliant, technology-driven processes via CRM.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define and analyse KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
**About you**
- Experienced Leader: 5+ years in client services with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Client-Focused: Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-Solver: Analytical thinker with the ability to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in client management software and reporting tools.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-Driven: Focused on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
