**The Team**
Within the Treasury / Cash Management business of the bank, the Global Banking Operations Team independently consults and acts as a liaison with business partners and clients to ensure client requirements are fully met for services requested within the specified timeframes.
**What You Can Expect**
You will assist in the expedited resolution of escalated client requests, leveraging resources across other functional areas to ensure an integrated approach to enhanced relationship management and client delight. You will have the opportunity to participate in client planning or project management to position and deliver the full range of client service channels as part of the overall client relationship.
You will gain an understanding of the end-to-end process and utilizes professional judgment in determining appropriate resolution of client needs.
You will build and sustain relationships, transcend silos to achieve swift adoption and communicate crisply and candidly to drive client delight. This role is considered a clear career path for senior and / or team leader opportunities and enable you to fulfil this potential.
**What You Will Do**
- Coordinate the opening incremental accounts for existing clients from documentation walkthrough to ensuring the accounts are activated on the Bank’s online portal
- Ensure clients have the latest account agreements executed and recorded on the Bank’s platforms
- Ensuring the Bank aligns with Australian regulatory requirements through timely collection of account signatory identification
- Advising clients on aligning their payment instructions with global regulatory requirements
- Guiding clients on the required documentation to service their accounts
- Ensuring the bank maintains revenue streams by setting up account billing on a timely and accurate basis
- Supporting the Bank’s Client Onboarding and Servicing teams to ensure the Bank’s regional network is deployed efficiently
**Skills / Experience / Characteristics**
