**Food Processing Worker**

Best Flavour Dim Sims Australia is currently searching for a Food Processing Worker to join our team on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday.

Best Flavour Dim Sims Australia is a HACCP certified Frozen Food Manufacturer specialising in Fine Asian Cuisine in the heart of Sydney since 2000. Products include but not limited to: Dim Sims, Siu Mai, Pork Buns, Turnip Cakes, Spring Rolls, Dumplings

This position will be responsible for the following duties which include but are not limited to:

- Processing raw food ingredients
- Following recipes/ Mixing ingredients
- Manual handling
- Creating hand made Dim sims range products
- Labelling and filling packaging
- Operating food machinery
- Experience in machine or process operation in food manufacturing
- Must be able to follow directions and instructions.
- Comply with food safety quality, sanitary and cleanliness processes
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable
- Unrestricted Licence/ Use of Walkie Forklift (No Licence Req)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
