**Duties include**:

- Attend to counter enquiries / deliveries
- Prepare Agendas, minute taker in Meetings & distribute accordingly.
- Accurately record customer service requests through Council’s Authority CRM and any other Council system.
- Undertake general office administration duties and projects as required to support the Manager, Business Support Team Leader, Coordinators and Team Leaders
- Petty Cash Reconciliation
- Other administration duties as required

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Demonstrated/proven experience in an administration role
- Technologically savvy
- Confident and outgoing demeanor
- Drivers Licence
- Works well as part of a team and able to work as an autonomous worker.
- Can do attitude.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heidelberg, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
