Safety and Security Officer for Finance Sector

Level 3 SSIA wages plus allowances
- Security Officer working Monday to Friday daytime, weekend OT available
- No previous experience required, but customer service skills essential

We are seeking licensed Security Officers for full time employment to be placed in to short
- and long-term assignments at our finance sector branch locations.

Your location of work will vary each week in response to the changing needs of our clients who seek a security and safety presence at various locations across the metropolitan area.

Generally positioned at the entry point, you will be the first person to welcome staff, visitors and customers to the location and in representing both the client and Wilson Security, you will display exceptional customer service behaviours to add to the positive experience of all persons.

In addition, your role is to provide a safety and security presence as well as observe and report any event likely to impact the sense of security your presence provides.

**To be considered, you MUST hold the correct licences/certification**:

- Are an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa Holder
- A current and valid NSW Security Licence
- A current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- A current and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate

**In addition to the above, you MUST have**
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, flexible weekends when required
- Flexible to travel to metropolitan locations
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Are motivated, determined, punctual and reliable
- The ability to handle and manage challenging/conflicting situations
- Exceptional reporting skills
- The ability to comply with all policies and procedures
- The ability to stand in one place for long periods of time
