The role:
The QHSE Business Partner’s role is to build a high-level culture in the area of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QHSE) Management systems in accordance with the relevant standards and Bureau Veritas Pacific requirements across a specific business entity.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain QHSE Systems
- Ensure QHSE documentation is applicable across business line or region, review complex documentation, issue and archive documents and maintain document registers.
- Identify, design, plan, undertake, lead and complete independent projects identified in the QHSE Business plan. Manage project teams.

Business Partnership and Influence
- Work closely with business line management team to integrate QHSE considerations into strategic planning and operational decision-making

QHSE Audits (Internal & External)
- Determine auditing needs for business lines to ensure maintenance of accreditation and certifications and reduction of key business risks.
- Carry out QHSE internal audits and raise NCRs as required.
- Manage all aspects of QHSE based audits (regulatory, insurance, safety, client etc).

Review QHSE Performance
- Analyse, report and present QHSE performance metrics, KPIs and compliance status for business lines/regions

What’s needed?

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

- Diploma or degree in a related field
- Qualifications in Quality or Safety Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills
- Knowledge of ISO management systems, regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience working in or with QHSE systems
- Auditing knowledge/ experience
- Ideal to have risk management, health monitoring or hygiene experience
