**About the company**

At GenieUs, our vision is that every neurodegenerative patient will be diagnosed and treated faster and with pinpoint accuracy using precision medicine. We are using the latest in machine learning and computational biology to personalise and accelerate health solutions for the 70 million people affected by neurodegenerative diseases. We are focused on diagnostics (Dx) and therapeutic (Tx) solutions for ALS, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. We have recently experience outstanding growth and progress in the last year and are looking to bring on high performing individuals to help us scale and launch our product roadmap.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Operations will lead of team of 17+ staff spanning Bioinformatics, Data Science, Machine Learning and Drug Discovery. The role will assist the CEO with the day-to-day operations of the company including finance and governance, strategic plans, business development and compliance. Key to the position will be finding maximum efficiencies in team communication and flow of information between key stakeholders, review and reporting on financial management and ensuring efficiency in product roadmaps.

**Required**

5-8 years in a similar role.

Ability to solve complex problems.

Action orientated.

Demonstrated ability to increase operational efficiency.

Technology proficient.

Familiar with agile frameworks.

Experience with board and stakeholder management.

**Desirable**

Background in health tech, biotech, or deep tech.

Financial or governance experience.

Business or management degree.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
