**Your new role**
A branch coordinator role is needed to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of coordination of tasks through the Branch and up the clearance chain.

This fast-paced role requires consistent and routine (daily/weekly) delivery of the following tasks:

- Update and maintain Branch task tracker
- Run daily SCRUM meetings with Branch leadership (AGILE format) to discuss and agree on task leads, and negotiate and set timeframes in response to tasking and AS CPD calendar.
- Maintain branch leadership accountability with task delivery and agreed timeframes
- Coordinate and consolidate responses to appropriate tasks as agreed in SCRUM
- Facilitate clearance with Branch Assistant Secretary (in concert with executive assistant)
- Progress tasks to appropriate stakeholders outside of branch
- Ongoing admin tasks - Objective filing and inbox management/organisation functions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Skills required: time management, intermediate level of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), highly developed administration skills, relationship management & stakeholder engagement

Skills desirable: SCRUM, intermediate level of Objective, negotiation
- be an Australian citizen; and
- have the ability to obtain and maintain, as a minimum, a Baseline security clearance

**What you'll get in return**
This position will be starting at the end of August and will initially be going through to the 30th of January, with 2 x 3 month extension option. Based in close vicinity to the Canberra Airport you will be working as part of a close knit team and receive an attractive hourly rate.
