- $27.17 per hour base plus super, plus any penalties.
- Choose your own roster: Full Time, Part time or Casual contracts available

**Your New Role**

As a **Care Companion **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

- **Availability to work Night Shift across a 7 day roster**:

- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
