**Your New Role**

As a **Care Companion (PCA), **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. This role is based at our brand new facility Campbell Place Aged Care in Glen Waverley.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Availability to work a range of shifts across a seven-day roster**:

- **Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support**:

- **OR Completed first year of either Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing (must show transcript and completed placement)**:

- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
- NDIS workers check or willing to obtain
