**Tuley** is a family-owned and operated disability support organisation that provides a range of person-centred and trauma-informed supports to people with disabilities and their families.

Tuley is seeking **Experienced Disability Support Workers** to join our fantastic team in Banksia Grove. This position will be for an immediate start and shifts are varied throughout the week.

You role will be to assist a friendly but isolated woman in her 40's to live independently and achieve meaningful connections within her local community.

Whilst relevant qualifications are desirable, they are not essential as we hire people with the right values and attributes and training is provided.

We are looking for a caring and committed individual who
- Has a passion for inclusion and is a great social connector
- Has good interpersonal and motivational skills
- Loves animals - particularly cats.
- Has good professional boundaries
- Is flexible and works well under pressure
- Is a team player
- Previous experience supporting people with challenging behaviours, including self-harm.

**Requirements**:

- Ability and willingness to be flexible and work shifts, including sleepovers, weekends and public and/or school holidays with significant availability
- Resilience, self-confidence and willingness to engage participants with various backgrounds and needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with participants to actively support individual needs
- A good level of fitness
- Current Driver's License and road worthy vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Experienced in manual handling, behavioural management and/or mental health is an advantage.
- Proof of Covid vaccinations
