About the role
We are seeking a Program Support Officer to coordinate key aspects of RACGP’s GP training program in the Ballina region of NSW. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you’ll support program delivery, registrar events, and communication across stakeholders to ensure a seamless educational experience.
**As our Program Support Officer, you'll also**:
coordinate and support training activities and registrar events
manage event logistics including venues, travel, and materials
provide responsive administrative support to registrars and medical educators
maintain data records and assist in continuous process improvements
Skills & Experience
Proven admin and event coordination experience
High-level customer service and stakeholder skills
Strong communication and organisation abilities
Intermediate to advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency
