We are now seeking an **energetic and bubbly Receptionist** to join our vibrant team. This role is based at our **Head Office in Bondi Beach** and is a **casual position on Sundays and Mondays**, with the **opportunity to pick up additional shifts on Fridays and Saturdays** during busy periods.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee restaurant bookings across all venues
- Assist with administrative tasks including Microsoft Outlook, Office, filing, Xero accounting software and other ad hoc duties
- Support the restaurant team with coordination and communication where required

**Required skills & attributes**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service and reception role, ideally within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated, with a friendly and professional disposition
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
